2008 General Tour Season

Travel by Deluxe Motor coach transportation throughout

Services of a full-time professional Driver-Guide daily
Escorted by Tour Director, Jeanne Guthrie, on select tours (but not for 2008)

All sightseeing listed in itinerary including guides & commentary
Six nights on 7-day tours, and eight nights on 9-day tours in 3-4 star hotels with lots of charm, and full hot breakfast and full dinners daily.

* Bar & restaurant at hotels
Lunches on own daily
Al local taxes, hotel service charges
Luggage handling for one medium sized suitcase throughout (Averages 54 inches total dimensions by adding inches of suitcase height, width and depth together.)
Pick-up and drop-off in Manchester, England for all tour except "Alpine Splendor " tour which begins and ends in London, England.
Irish tours include Ferry Crossing from Wales to Dublin and return
OR Pick up and return from Dublin airport
Optional excursions will be offered on free day for an additional nominal fee

Pre-Tour and Post-Tour Hotels

Nights for hotels not included in the tour date itinerary are additional. Some people enjoy flying over to the UK several days early or to spend more days at the end of the tour. Jeanne and Larry will be happy to assist you with any pre-tour or post-tour arrangements you need.

Traditionally, Jeanne makes arrangements for the group to spend the night before the tour begins and the night the tour ends at a convenient hotel to the origination city airport at a discounted group rate, but which is not included in the tour price. This is also the location from which the tour begins and ends for pick-up and drop-off.

Golf Packages

Golf is not included in any of the tours. However, for an additional cost, we can arrange tee times at nearby challenging courses on any of these tours except for days of travel between hotels. Green fees vary, clubs are for rent, carts are not always used. Dress code is enforced. Please ask for details at the time booking.

Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation-Interruption Insurance is not included in the tour price, but we highly recommend you purchase a policy. A brochure will be mailed to you once we receive your tour deposit. However, any travel agency can also assist you with the purchase.
